Prepared manuscript

The manuscript for the RIMS Kokyuroku Bessatsu will be prepared in LaTeX or Word by the authors themselves in the prescribed format. Please send the LaTeX source file or Word file and PDF file as email attachments to osada@lab.twcu.ac.jp until October 31, 2021. The manuscript will be reviewed and, if accepted for publication, you will be informed of the volume page, start and end pages, and the date of acceptance. Please write these data in your manuscript, attach it to an email, and send it to Osada. If you have created the file in LaTeX and used images, please send the image files as well. In addition, please send a double-sided A4 printed copy to Osada (we will inform you of the mailing address separately).

Notes on the format

1. Prepare the manuscript for printing in A4 size. (The printing office will reduce the size of the document to B5 and make a printout.)
2. Put the English title, the author's English name, and the English abstract on the first page.
   These are required for acceptance to Mathematical Reviews.
3. Place a one-line title in the center of the header of odd-numbered pages (excluding the first page). Page numbers should be placed on the right-hand side.
4. The author's name in English should be placed in the center of the header of even-numbered pages. Page numbers should be placed on the left side.
5. When you are notified of the volume page of the journal to be published, put these in the header of the first page (which will be assigned to be an odd-numbered page) as shown in the sample below.
   
6. In the footer of the first page, include the date of acceptance, the classification number of the American Mathematical Society (MSC2020), keywords, address, e-mail address, and the copyright notice of the RIMS, as shown in the sample below.
   

PDF files of the papers in the separate volume of the proceedings of "Studies of the History of Mathematics" up to the year before last can be viewed at the Kyoto University Academic Repository Kurenai.
